Les manifestations neurologiques au cours desquelles l'alcool peut jouer un rôle. [...] La myélinolyse centro-pontine [...] se développe de façon rapide et progressive, associant des troubles de la vigilance, un syndrome pseudo-bulbaire majeur, souvent aussi un syndrome pyramidal et des paralysies oculo-motrices. L'imagerie cérébrale en permet le diagnostic. Elle n'est pas spécifique de l'alcoolisme chronique, s'observant en fait beaucoup plus souvent au cours des hyponatrémies sévères corrigées rapidement.
